If the plant we send is completely dead, we will ship the plant again at no charge to you. If the second plant is completely dead / dried we will give you the refund in full. (its 100% money back guaranteed) buyer can share the photos of the plant and the box which they received to take their money back.

yes. but we cant take direct debit or credit card payments. you can sign up for paypal and link your debit card. then you can pay from ur debit or credit card through paypal.

we accept paypal payment. but if you dont have a paypal account you can direct transfer the funds to bank. also we accept western union.

we deliver the parcels within 3-5 days through UPS Express
